Understanding your story is the first step toward breaking the cycle.

Therapy doesn’t erase your past, but it can change the way you live with it.

Clinical Therapy for Adults
In therapy, the first sessions focus on what you need most.
My goal is to support you and provide practical tools so you can gradually regain stability. Over time, and as you begin to feel stronger, we start exploring your story:
your experiences, your environment, and the factors that may be influencing how you feel today.
The process moves at your own pace.
Sometimes small exercises may be suggested between sessions, always optional and designed with your well-being in mind.
The goal is not only for you to feel better in the moment, but to achieve deep and lasting change.
Clinical Therapy for Adolescents
In adolescent therapy, the first sessions focus on understanding how they feel and what they are currently experiencing. A safe space is created where they can express themselves openly and without fear of judgment.
Through a cognitive-behavioral approach, we work on recognizing the thoughts, emotions, and behaviors that influence their well-being, while developing practical tools to manage anxiety, emotional changes, and social or behavioral difficulties.
As they begin to feel more comfortable and secure, we gradually explore their personal and family history, identifying patterns that may be influencing their present, always respecting their pace and process.
Support for their care network is also a key part of the process.
Parenting and Child Behavior Guidance
As a specialist, I also support parents who are facing questions or challenges related to their children’s development.
In our sessions, we work in a practical and personalized way on topics such as potty training, selective eating, school adjustment, the arrival of a new baby, speech delays, and managing challenging behaviors or intense emotions.
Every family is different, which is why we build an action plan together with clear and practical strategies that can be applied in daily life.
The goal is for you to feel supported, with greater clarity and confidence in creating an emotionally safe environment for your child.

About Me
I am a psychologist with a Master’s degree in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) from Pepperdine University (California, USA) and academic training from UASLP, with over 8 years of clinical experience. I have worked with children, adolescents, and adults on concerns such as anxiety, grief, crisis intervention, substance use, and eating disorders, always adapting the therapeutic process to each person’s stage of life and individual needs.
My approach integrates evidence-based tools with compassionate and respectful support, offering guidance, practical strategies, and deeper therapeutic work focused on achieving sustainable change.
I stay committed to ongoing professional development through certifications in shame-informed treatment, eating disorders, somatic interventions and mindfulness, ADHD, autism, and health behavior change.
I also hold an Associate Degree in Early Childhood Education, an academic program focused on early childhood development. This training allows me to gain a deep understanding of developmental stages and apply appropriate strategies to support children’s emotional, social, and cognitive growth from an early age.
